Your can get a thief that way
Either:
a) Craft key (Screamroots and other hard obtained stuff)
or
b) Buy keys with Lapis.

I'm keeping a copy of each (of the Friend Point pullable units) in order to get the Trust rewards.
I feed the rest of them to the same unit in order to raise the trust attribute.

If you have room in party, raise them to max level and sell those trash units, they give nice amount of Gil.
Hey guys, after rerolling and playin for days I have some decent accounts but I dont know which one would be the best to grind on.
1. 5* Terra, 4* Sabin, 3*Kain (Terra has no 6* form atm)
2. 3*Vaan,3* Kain (same as Terra, well his FB is good but 6* Rain will learn it too)
3. Flat 3* Exdeath (in JP still in top 3)
4. Flat 3* Cecil (same)

Well, everyone is saying Vaan will eventually get a 6* form in the future. Seeing as he is a main protagonist of a mainline Final Fantasy, I'd guess it's is very likely.
I did pull Vaan too and have the same question when I realized he only goes to 5* currently.
Anyway, it's either Vaan, Cecil or Exdeath for you.

That's a nice team. How many times did you have to reroll?
I got graphical bug. Went to finish daily to Latius forest (and grabbed 2 SQ, using map below). Then entered to Colosseum and used steal there, got stuff from one mob (others were empty). When fight finished, had shitton of stuff (for example 2 SQ). Sadly I didnt get extra SQ / Magicites or so.
Star Quartz locations are 7 & 8.

Days! Haha. But I've been rerolling pretty casually, just here and there off and on. Close to all of the rolls have been pretty bad.
But yea, it's hard to beat this team. Vaan/Garland are pretty top tier early on, got your Cura heals in the form of Anzelm and Edgar doing his aoe/poison dmg. Was going to say that only lacking a decent magic dealer, but Garland has some aoe magic spells too.
You only need to get to the Royal Capital to gain access to Colosseum.
Turns out complaining on GAF netted me the Farplane Dew and Sacred Crystals I needed to awaken my Shantotto. Thanks GAF!
I nearly have 5000 lapis and I'm super tempted to do a rare ticket pull, but I don't wanna blow it all and not get a Vaan or Exdeath. My current party is:
4*: Shantotto, Roseria
3* Kain, Bartz, Medius
which I'm pretty happy with.

How can you guys have so many good units? My only roll is Cerius. I am so jealous lol.
I wasnt gonna do it ...bvut i had some time this morning so i thought to give rerolling a try since i already more or less reached the final point of current content. So getting back there would take too much time..glad i did it since i got Cecil on my first reroll.

Today is my get Vaan high enough in 4* form and grind Awaken materials day too. Good thing in those Vortex is that to open first one it doesnt cost anything. My suggestion is that run Awaken Vortex every day after today, so long that you have enough mats for future.

If you are going to put in time rerolling, then the answer is yes and aim for one of these:
Personally I got a Kain who is not on the list and stuck with that. With the 10 free tickets that (should) be issued in the future around E3 you can supplement your team nicely with those.
Anyway, since the Beta has quite limited content right now, I am considering rerolling again since you can finish all the story content pretty fast.

For those that need Heaven's Ash and/or Pearl of Wisdom, the place to get them aside from awakening dungeon is colosseum C-5, stealing from the T-Rexes (they can give both) and the other units (the drones at least give pearls). Each enemy carries one item so you have to manually target and steal from each enemy until you get one from each (defend with the rest or kill enemies already stolen from). In my experience you're way more likely to get ashes and pearls this was as opposed to the actual awakening dungeon.
If you don't have a thief, there's a common unit summonable via friend points. To maximize pulls, spend a few lapis on upgrading your friend list, then from friends, invite those with units that you want as supports. Each time you receive friend points, favorite them from your friend list (you can check if they're already favorited right from the friend point retrieval list). After a couple days, remove those not favorited to clear up space. Rinse and repeat.

What makes you think it will launch that soon? Although I hope that is the case.
I'm worried we won't reach the 10 ticket milestone, especially if the game releases before E3. The initial burst of registrations is probably past. I hope it's still a steady flow, but the final milestone is quite a ways beyond the previous one in terms of points.

so, save those tickets and lapis for Lightning? Theres a debate in FFBE sub that even if Lightning is the most meta unit in the game right now, there's other really cool content you will be missing for saving for lightning (Locke, Celes, Warrior of Light, Tellah, Lenna)
And Lightning will be a base 5 star unit, so the chances of getting a rainbow crystal are insane... so yeah, fuck lightning, i'll save for my waifu Celes.

It's like with all pre-register/pre-order bonuses. It would be bad PR to not hit all the goals so I'm 100% certain we will. It's in their own interest.
Even if Lightning is really good, I doubt having her is 100% necessary to progress. Sooo just do what you want.

I'm still experimenting with rerolling... 3 nox windows open at once. 2 is easy, 3 is non stop clicking back and forth. Sadly i even got two duplicate pulls while doing this haha

I'm using Nox too, 4 Windows - all the same autoscript. After a few scripts i finally made one without problmes. Now i just make one klick and after 12 mins i can summon 4 units, maybe i should try even more windows... want a 4* exdeath so badly.
So main main leads - Cecil, Rain and Lasswell are all 3* right now and will need Heavens Ash and Sacred Crystals...in addition to more common evo materials. Can i get these via Vortex ? So far i havent seen them but i havent done the ADV Quest and INT only once for fun.
Also can Cecil learn Cure in his 3* version ? Doesnt look like the current merchants/quests provide a way to learn or create the spell yet.
It also looks like i will have to increase my Material max stock from 50 at some point - how many slots have you added so far when it comes to material, friends etc. ? I already upped friend to 30.

I got more Heaven's Ash from INT than from ADV and they can also be stolen from Ghouls and Tyrannosaurs.
Cecil has cure at level 1 at 3*. I have him myself. On ios we have the app FFBE Wiki which has every unit and every material and with skills etc.
I also can craft cure.

i could evolve 3 3* to 4* but i want my cecil from 4* to 5* but i don't get the last ash.
Atm i have 21...got this stupid sand at least once every run this weekend. plus 35 hplx chrystals....and cecil only needs 5...but 0 Ashes...god dammit
