I would love it, but some people are weary that a man with a nearly impeccable track record of games, including his metroids, wario ware and crazy stuff like tomodachi life, becuase he just made a mediocre game ONCE, he shouldn never ever touch a game like metroid again.
He also has said he prefers to make simpler games, not surprising after the giant backlash against his persona.

Also, as much as I like them (not to fond of 2 though) I dont really want more Metroid Prime. Other M with better controls, better map and level design and some of its stupidity taken out would be the perfect metroid for me. Also have real melodies this time.

Or maybe I'll just get back to my usual business for the rest of the day and come back for the stream lol, reading the last few pages it seems like shit's going to get really crazy in the hours leading to the presentation, I don't want too much crazy.

Just to give some context to this, here's a quick rundown on what he's said about what was then the NX and how it's been going as far as I know in terms of facts:

- Hybrid confirmed but not the only "surprise" | Could be true, patents show gameplay elements not disclosed in the 2016 teaser
- He's been confirmed there are detachable controllers | True
- No real dock where you plug the handheld, but a wireless 'dongle' upscaling for the TV | Big false
- Handheld game is the same as the "docked" game | Kinda true. Tech seems to point to downscaled portable mode, but in effect the same game.
- Games look good on the handheld screen (780 - 900p), about PS4 level | Subjective but probably false given rumored specs
- Ports should be easy despite the different architecture | Can't know for sure
- Breath of the Wild looks nicer on NX (duh) | Well, actually, not so duh. We'll see.
- Smartphone connectivity maybe possible | Not known right now
- VR not out of the question but first tests aren't satisfying. | Patents suggest VR headset add-on indeed
- Lots of remasters planned (Skyward Sword, MK8, Splatoon, Smash, N64 and Wii games) | MK8 and Splatoon seem valid.
- FFXV and FFVII Remake are coming to NX | FFXV probably bullshit. No news on either front.
- Platinum Games and Capcom are in | Don't know, but they're on the "list"
- Ubisoft in (BG&E 2 discussed but not confirmed, Splinter Cell and a Yoshi / Rabbid Rabbits crossover being discussed too) | Other rumors go that way as well

I am hoping for a new Non-Prime Metroid, but would love it if "Prime" continued as its own series.

Haha had a moment with my partner yesterday, who hasn't really been following it other than the short trailer, when I brought up the switch and we got to talking about it and she put to me "so this will play 3ds games, that's safe to assume right" and continued on a different point haha. I hope the general public doesn't make these assumptions.

Based off of the RAP4 that I have, the door on the top is to hide the USB cable, and any missing buttons will be on the right side of the stick.

Primarily because you don't "purchase" the item online via that method. It just sends a message to the store to put one aside if they have it.

EB Games Canada actually allows it. I was in England and preordered a PS4 Pro right after it went up for my local store. They took a $50 deposit just as if I was in the store but from half way around the world. Convenient.

The thing with Julien Chieze is that he throws a lot of rumors and finally one of them was true. Problem is he throws way more false rumors too. Not really a trustworthy guy.

Well to be fair, Nintendo recently released a new Momotaro Railway in Japan, which was a previously killed by Konami Hudson series. So it might happen again?

No need to really do deep reseraches, this guy's a fraud. He was adamant the NX would be more powerful than the PS4 Pro. He's only looking for more clicks on its website.
