Sony fans are used to games since Sony puts on so many games even i can´t buy them all.
This first half alone the line up is absolutely insane with Yakuza 0, GR 2, Ni Oh, Persona V, Horizon, NieR and more, on Summer Crash and Wipeout hopefully and then Fall who knoes, Sony knows how to run this business that´s for sure and i´m pretty sure games will come to Xbox One eventually, some new ips should be announced this e3, no way they are seeing all the negativity and don´t announce anything, they gotta have a huge new IP and a huge new reboot if they even want to stand a chance agaisn´t Ps4 this and next year.

^^^ Since when? It mattered 2 years ago. Active users on phones and PC matters more than hardware sales? Yeah ok.
And for the comments mentioning the bump in performance for the Xbox OneS, the launch PS4 is still more powerful. How many people will buy the Scorpio if it's priced higher than the OneS? All the Scorpio comments and memes... what are the launch games?
When the Scorpio launches Sony has marketing for COD,Destiny and Red Dead 2. It will be tough for MS to make an impact... just my opinion. Worlwide Sony will continue to dominate and when they launch the PS5 it will be a bigger than the Scorpio.

But the sales talking right now are about hardware. Not software.
The new hardware easily drive more sales and that is a advantage in final numbers for PS4. While we don't have new xbox one/scorpio it's important to see how the vanilla skus are doing...

Jesus Christ, dude, people are buying a PS4 Pro instead of a PS4 Slim. Most of them would have bought a PS4 anway. And in the end, they did. They bought a PS4. Nothing more.
Without the split I think we don't know that.
But the fact is: PS4 is selling few units more just because it has an "aggregate better hardware". NPD guy just confirmed.

Except hardware isn't driving software sales - its currently the other way around. We've had a far softer Sept-Nov period this year compared to other years this generation (particularly 2015) because the SOFTWARE offerings were weaker this year for that period, not the hardware offerings. We had a total of 3 new pieces of hardware launch in this period (X1 S, PS4 Pro, PSVR) and even with the added software that PSVR provided, this was still a slower Sept - Nov. Hardware is not driving their own sales, software is. Those days ended sometime in 2014.
They need better bundles. That's for sure. A white PS4 Pro and an ordinary PS4 pro bundle.
I'm sure the dudes on twitter with the Scorpius sign are proud of you.

It's still widening it, and that's only in the US where it's reasonably close. Worldwide it's really a lost cause.
You seem rather obssesed with the Pro being something you don't want it to be so it fits your agenda. What's your goal, really? To say that the Xbone won? You can if it makes you feel good.

Xbox is still behind PS4 you're not gonna change that fact, well maybe in your mind, anyway keep going delusional but I will trust the word of a person working for NPD himself, than the word of e-gamer xbox fan.
Split is irrelevant when it comes to who won NPD though which is your issue. In any case, PS4 sold more in January. Plain and simple.
Should we expect the same narrative from you when Scorpio releases and cumulative sales with the bone surpass those of the PS4?

Xbox one s is technically better hardware than OG Xbox with games running slightly better and includes the "elusive super popular" 4K bluray drive among other things. Using your ridiculous logic should we say Xbox one is doing better numbers lately only because of that and that most of the sales are existing owners upgrading? PS4, PS4 slim and PS4 pro are all part of the same family of systems so Sony are not going to differentiate and give separate numbers. Do you see Microsoft differentiating between the different versions of windows 10 (basic, pro, ultimate, enterprise, education, etc...) when they provide windows 10 install base numbers?
I think sony fans will change theirs most than I would change mine. You bet!
I'm already saying that Scorpio is another gen.

No they don't, they use Ps4 Pro numbers as Ps4, they just split so people know how it's selling, they do same to 3ds and other systems.
