Fuck some of you have amazing desk tops. I need to read that OP. Teach me GAF, I want to learrrnnnnn.

Well for starters right click your taskbar and choose properties.
Then tick the box "Use small icons" and from the drop down labeled "Taskbar buttons:" choose "Always combine, hide labels".

Then Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Notification Area Icons (since you don't appear to have the little white up arrow shortcut in you Notification Area) and change a bunch of those icons to "Only show notifications"

That will tidy up the taskbar at least.

I tried UxStyle, but it won't work.
I get the bug in the OP, that if i change the style, it reverts back to classic windows' one.
I tried the task manager thing but:
first time, 'arrest service' and 'start service' were greyed out, i couldn't click them.
second(and subsequent tries) "unsigned themes" wasn't even on the list.

What should i do?

Try reinstalling UxStyle. Its weird but on some comps it takes a couple tries of installing/rebooting to get working.

Don't ask me why, i have no idea.

It was dwindling before the change hence the reason for the change. Do you change your desktop that often to require monthly threads? My desktop is still the same apart for some minimal adjustments.
