Hi you guys! I'm currently rank 110 black with fat princess in 2v2(was 140 but lost a few matches in a row to two low rank parappas exploiting some boom box ap glitch -_-), and I'm looking for some 2v2 partners or just anyone who wants to play :). I also main good cole. If anyone wants to 1v1, 2v2, do some ffas, or whatever, add me! my psn name is k-altman

Really stoked for March character announcements. Kat and Emmett brought a lot to the game, I really like Kat especially. She's actually turned into one of my top 3 favorite/best characters!
Hopefully we'll see more costumes too, like the ones we saw from that JPN PS Store shot

Patch 1.08 is live on the Vita, but I haven't been prompted to update yet on the PS3. The patch is reportedly 897 MB, so it undoubtedly contains more than what is listed below.

They've been putting so much content out lately. It's a shame the game didn't sell higher, but maybe the PSN sale today will bump it.

Whoa, new big news tomorrow and a new patch now? Sweet! So the patch is that big but there aren't any new DLC characters on the character select screen? Weird... Kat and Emmett were visible even before they were available for download on the store.

This is exciting!

So stoked. I think we'll get the patch with the additional content, but tomorrow we'll get character announcements that will be released later in the month/next month.

Hoping for some balance stuff and maybe minor UI updates!

Glad you've been keeping up on the news bro! I'm still passionate about the game, but I've fallen out a bit. Coming in here and seeing the love from psasbr-GAF kinda reinvigorates things.

Yea.. why is it so damn big.

There were no patch notes released? Hmm... also a bit disappointed with the new costumes. Drake wetsuit? I could literally add that myself in a hour, especially with all the UV's laid out already ect.

This is bigger than the patch that added Kat and Emmett; I wouldn't be surprised if the next characters are included in it. That might be why the big announcement is tomorrow, in the hope that nobody searches through the patch beforehand.

Seriously. I only have a 16 GB memory card for my Vita. All these ridiculously big patches are forcing me to remove whole games. :/

What I REALLY don't get is why the Vita patches are bigger than the PS3 ones. The Vita version uses lower-res, less-detailed assets than the PS3 version, so how does that translate into a bigger file size?

I think they're announcing new DLC so quickly post-patch because they know somebody will mine it within a day.

New stage? New characters are a given.

I couldn't figure out where PaRappa's Prom King costume was from at first, but then I realized that just like the Funky Gi they took it from the anime. I think he's the only character who has a costume that's not directly from a game.
