I think this is stupid as fuck.
The games, accessories, the whole fucking lot should be on sale early. I've ordered my PS4 online, when it arrives I need to leave the house and fuck off somewhere to track down a stand for the bastard thing.
It'd be easier if I could just take care of it early.

Actually talking about that, when can PSN+ subscribers browse the PS4 games online? Can they be digitally purchased already?

I've spent an hour researching as many pics as possible, it looks like it will work without one, so infact I'm going to go without one, the PS3 fat and PS3 skinny both could stand carefully without one too.
They are losing an impulse sale I would be happy to make NOW in anticipation though.

I really wish Sony would just comment on whether or not it will be available. And if so, when. It seems like the thing doesn't exist in North America.

Edit : Oops, looks like there was official word made. :-(

I've actually been reconsidering the pre-order I have for my XBone. Had it on Amazon since June 18th, so I'd hate to cancel it because of monies, but at the same time I don't see myself playing it as much as the PS4.

I've already ceded to getting all multiplats on PS4, and the only reason I'm considering the One at all is because my friends will have it. Thinking about cancelling the pre-order, then getting it when Titanfall comes out.

In the meantime, I could pop in a 1.5TB or more 7200RPM HDD, grab the PS Camera, a year of PS+ and get 3 games in the Target B2G1 sale... And all that AFTER saving $200 or so... Difficult decision.

GAF is already going crazy with resolutiongate and all the megatons, and there will only be dozens more of them to come.

I'm... not sure I know what this means. There is no "official" Sony stand, rather a number of 3rd party ones they're giving their blessing to? Meh. That's lame, I want the real deal...

What the- I thought you could only gameshare and play online with two on a single account. Is downloading content limited to two, but users logged in is limited to four?

This is so minor, but I am so incredibly happy we'll finally be able to do this. It was always kind of a pain to only be able to charge while the system is on.

Slightly off-topic but I dont want to create a topic for it because it's so stupid, but why does IGN have a story on their main page stating Sony might charge for online multiplayer on PS4? Did I accidentally quantum leap to June?

Yeah I noticed that and was quite confused as well. I vividly remember Sony announcing their plans to charge for online multiplayer at E3... Ign pls.

Seriously tho, small things like that will be so convenient. I'm really excited about the DS4 having a headphone jack, too.

It was just confusion on Nikkei's part. Earlier this year Sony introduced a $10 for a month subscription for those that wanted to test out Plus. So nothing has really changed. If you have Plus now then you'll be playing online with the PS4. And the price for a year is still $50.
