This new AA method seems to be gaining traction. The first game to use it was Killzone if I'm not mistaken. Any idea if it will make it ways to the PC?
I read that post and didn't even catch that. Huh.Unfortunate typo

Sleeping Dogs PC is also loaded with PC-specific graphics features. Man, that game looks good.
There have been rumors about a release with the PC features on the new consoles.

Agree. Game is so much fun. Finally got some decent time with Black Flag, the image quality is very noticeable but besides that, this game is actually fun. Light years beyond the other AC titles.

Made a pretty game beautiful!
When does the fun start? Havana is typical AC pretty much, it's very boring to run around this bland city chasing collectibles for some reason (trophy hunting I guess).

Can someone explain how the ps4 patch system works? I started the game and apparently it was already downloaded and patched. When I look at the update history in notifications it said 3 minutes ago acbf was updated, which was when I turned on the ps4. Wondering if it downloaded somehow while in standby and then installed it real quick, but I'm not sure.
Shit! I'm so sorry!
What's the verdict then folks? Big improvement or just slightly better IQ?
For you? Never.

Freudian slip?
;]More like a typo.
This is 900p vs 1080p and some of you are noting big differences. Remember how members of the media told you there was barely any difference between 720p and 1080p? Yea...
You must be really early in the game and it hasnt even started. I really like the ship combat and exploring.
Just a huge map with so much stuff to do.
When I turned on my PS4 the update for this and KZ both started downloading automatically under my notifications. Both installed on their own too.So how does the update work, PS4 update UI was pretty confusing Day 1, is it automatic when I launch the game?
Yeah I just panned the map out of havana and was kind of amazed how big it is. I really doubt there's a lot of interesting things to do though based on this series' and ubisoft's history. I'm open for surprises though.

I just hope I like it considering I loved AC2 and expansions but hated AC3.
I'm pretty sure people have posted comparisons prior in the thread but I saw some posts asking for some. Here are two screenshots (one prior to patch, one after):
Why all the hate? I understand it wasn't the best move to push it out without 1080 to begin with, but at least they care enough to push out an update so that it can be, while also bettering the AA. What is the downside? I see no issue. They wanted to have a game out by launch that looked good, and honestly do you think had it not been stated that the game ran at 900p that people would have been able to tell?
I find the Forts and just randomly attacking ships fun. But man random Animus pieces and Treasure Chests in the middle of nowhere, so I have to jump out of the boat, swim there then swim back. I don't like that too much, but....I...I..I just have to get them.

Is the framerate solid? I have to ask after that slideshow that was AC3.

The bottom is so blurred in comparison to the top.
