My most ragequitted game ever. I couldn't even reach the DLC stages (I doneed to complete the original ones to reach them, aye? Because I never found them.)
Yeah, it's an awkward game. I don't recall dying much in the very beginning, though. I didn't have to grind until 6-8 hours in. Early in the game, you should be successful just chaining hits unless you can't survive a few hits. In that case maybe upgrade your armor a bit.

Damn, I guess I have something to look forward to. I'm probably still in the first 1/4 of the game.
I'm 50-50 on it. Will definitely buy it at some point, but there are a whole lotta games coming out next month.

I probably will. There is a demo on Japanese PSN that allows you to carry the save file to the full game. Hopefully we get the same demo sometime before release too.

How similar is it to Monster Hunter in terms of gameplay? In case you have played a game of the series.

I think someone said it is a bit faster, but that MH players would feel at home.

Oh, that is great. I love the gameplay in Monster Hunter.
I hope we'll get a demo before it comes out, but I'm already pretty convinced I'll buy it. It looks great, I like the setting, it has giant monsters. What's not to love?

Don't Starve works pretty good on Vita. I like that my little guy gradually grows a beard over time, haha.

Remote play right? I don't believe there's a native Vita Don't Starve released yet right? I do remember that they were looking into making it for the Vita though.
It works surprisingly well. I think I enjoy playing it on the Console more (even more than PC [sorry Steam-GAF]), but it's shocking how well it plays on the Vita.
Again though, you kinda already have to know what you're doing because the text and description boxes are sooo small.

They should release a demo later this month, so we can actually try the game. People say it's a more traditional MH game than Soul Sacrifice and God Eater, so I'll like to check it out first. But I'll try to buy the game day one (or as fast as I can)
I don't know. There are some screenshots that look decent enough, and others are a blurry mess. Still, I'm not really as picky with resolution as other people here.

Seriously though, I wanted to pop in and say that despite its faults, I love Valhalla Knights 3. Game seemed straight up busted until I figured out a lot of stuff. Actually, it's still feeling kinda busted in some ways but I like it anyway. I bought like $25 in dlc for the fucking thing so I guess I must love it. Btw, the companion pack dlc gives you hella maxed out characters that make stuff way easier if you but them early and let them do all the heavy lifting while you learn how to play.

Repetitive music and scenarios like in Soul Sacrifice, maybe? Hopefully that will not be the case in Toukiden. So far I love everything about the game, especially the characters and bosses designs.

Not sure, I'm interested and I love Tecmo Koei, but Soul Sacrifice is the only other hunting type game I've played so I'm hoping for a demo to see if I'll actually like it

It's out Feb 11th on US (same week for EU). It's a hunting game (Phantasy Star, MonHun and so on). Japanese-themed setting. Pretty graphics (that means pretty waifus). Looks cool.
