Super Metroid is coming in May for 30 cents. If you're referring to the original Metroid, they haven't said a thing about it. Although it's inevitable that they'll release it since it's already available the Wii and 3DS's VC.

They have the entirety of Wii's VC playable as it was. This is native VC with enhancements like Miiverse, off-TV play, manual save states and controller remapping.

The price isn't the worst part, the worst part is the games are not all cross compatible between Wii-3DS-Wii U. Sure, you can "transfer" your Wii games to the Wii-U, but good fucking luck getting a proper account system to be able to take it all on the go with your 3DS.

I really hope they approach this as 'let's rapidly convert as many of the VC titles as possible for native playability" rather than "Let's start re-releasing from scratch, one or two at a time, so your favourite game might not be native until 2018 and maybe at all because we didn't sign follow-up contracts with 3rd parties so lol Hudson lol"
