Finally checked out photo mode on this game. I am again BLOWN AWAY by the visuals. The attention to detail is unbelievable and the quality of the bokeh DoF is just insane.

The game has some great dramatic skies and lighting, but lately I'm digging Overcast. I find it gives some good clean lighting and a fairly realistic look. I like the washed out look sometimes.

Yup. I'd say it's probably the best looking game out right now, open world or not. Like, I had no idea the bricks had what I'm assuming is parallax occlusion mapping until photo mode, and I'm seen tons of amazing details like that.

The game totally blows me away.

I don't want to insult the guy that put the GOW 3 remaster pics but it's really striking how much better an open world game like Batman looks compared to one of the best looking ultra-linear games of last gen even when its remastered with improved visuals.

And yea photo mode is a must, I can't wait to see the insanity in this thread next year once U4, Horizon and QB arrives (probably the 3 best looking games of next year), this year besides maybe Battlefront there are not many big lookers to look forward to.

It's hard to compare it to The Order since they are so different, but as someone who has the game myself, I would have to generally agree with you, even though the game was great but not as good as I was expecting after City, visually it's just out of this world, it's this and The Order above the rest at the moment.
