They are the same thing. These came out a while ago. This was the first release. There's another regular release that's a movie set which comes with Pikachu's Pokeball, and there is this bigger limited set the OP has made this thread on.

If I were to get it, I would get the standard Monster ball, Super ball, and Hyper ball. Those are the ones I like.

7000 yen for 11 balls is actually quite reasonably priced if they look anything like those in the pictures.

Don't forget the mints it comes with. Also I think it works out slightly cheaper per ball than the Poke, great, ultra and master ball set.
