P.S. Can I do 4K in original versions btw?

Goddammit. Fuck you 2K.
Cool. When I'm done with Dead Space trilogy in 4K, BioShock 1 and 2 will be next.Yes.
I think my G502 can fix this no problemo.Yes, but at least in the first BioShock the in game mouse would turn extremely tiny, making the pipe minigame a little harder.
Nah, thanks for the free remasters 2K, but I'll stick with the original versions cuz they look better to me, even with lower texture quality in some cases, whereas remasters look way too clean and flat even.

I don't care. Dead Space looks great in 4K 60 (except crappy shadows (128x128 at times, yikes), dated lighting, lack of detail and # of objects on levels, SSAO, DOF, god rays etc. - I know, it's an early X360 game and I totally accept this) - I've played the game in 720p back when it was released so.... you know, it's a HUGE difference even with everything I've mentioned above. You can do the resolution, you'll be lacking the 4k textures they included in the remasters though so no super sampling textures or textures created for native 4k.
Art and level design rocks in DS games, just like in BioShock series.
Holy hyperbole, Batman.
No, no it's not. Not even close. I don't have any screen tearing issues at all, and turning on VSync added no additional input lag, so I can confirm those issues are not widespread. It's smooth and responsive on my rig and looks great in general besides some odd water clipping issues when you pass under waterfalls.
Pull yourselves together, seriously...

Here's some screenshots I've made btw:

You do know that if you have the PC originals you can download the remasters for free and try them both out and compare them?

I'm gonna set everything to High/true, and see what happens.
It is not necessary, really. I can tell by just looking at comparison screenshots here that I don't really like what they did and original looks better to me even with the lack of 4K textures etc. To me these remasters - original games with HD textures mod and lack of DX10 features. You can actually try them both at 4k and see in person if it actually is a downgrade.
uhh, youre in a thread about a game being released on STEAM. did you expect us to be talking about the ps4/xb1 version?
So, Bed of Chaos... we meet again.
The only game in the series I don't have is Infinite. Is it worth buying? I know it's not upgraded in any way on PC, but it's 75% off on Steam so kinda tempting.

If you go into the controls setting and then back out it autonatically enables "use controller" so make sure you set that to no then leave that menu.Thw game thinks I'm using a gamepad... What the fuck?
Did they get rid of the stupid 30 fps physics in the first one?
Yep! Best thing about this remaster.
This is may be a stupid question but how long are the upgrades free?

So twice ive had hard crashes to BSOD soon as I reach the lighthouse. Playing on a 1080.
Common problem or is it my system playing up?
I don't think the offer expires. Just note that you can no longer purchase the original releases directly through Steam.

Awesome gesture to the PC community. I will play once a 21:9 fix comes out for it.
