Just keep in mind: The blog has maybe 30%-40% of the actual titles on sale. There is a lot more on the store.

All the Suikodens are 50% off for example

Damn it, why not BF4 Premium Edition? It was on sale for 3 months this year already, don't exclude it from this sale now that my brother finally got a PS4!

And I laugh at that Arkham Knight sale, it's cheaper on retail already. Jesus, European digital prices are such a joke for new games, much like that Witcher 3 Steam "sale" a few weeks back.

I just got pandemonium 1&2 (my favourite PS1 games).

Might grab, Gex Enter the Gecko, Crash, Ridge Racer R4 and Mickey's Wild Adventure later. What a nostalgia sale, if they had Medal of Honor 1 and Underground on here i'd be in heaven.

Got myself the first two Suikoden games, God Hand, both Digital Devil Saga titles(my PS2 died playing them years ago...) and the Lucifer one.

Unsure about Gradius V. Is it better than the collection with I through IV and Gaiden? And I kinda want Bishi Bashi Special, has that wario ware feel to it.

If someone could write up a full list of all the sale games I'll be their friend forever.

Unsure about Gradius V. Is it better than the collection with I through IV and Gaiden?

Depends what you mean. Did you dislike the collection? If so, what did you dislike about it?

Gradius V is brilliant but if you don't like Gradius then there's no reason to buy it. It's a departure but not that much of one!

Gradius V is by Treasure.

So at the moment I'm considering getting:

Crash Team Racing, Silent Hill, MGS Special Missions, Vib-Ribbon, Suikoden 3, Alundra and Skullgirls.

Sony pls. My wallet and PS3 hard drive/Vita memory cards can't take this.

I played the demo of Skullgirls on PS3 and was impressed with the way the tutorials actually try to teach newbies like myself some of the fighting game fundamentals. Would the full game be a good choice if I'm crap at fighting games but looking to get better?

Digital Devil Saga 1 and Nocturne/Lucifers Call for sure, maybe TLOU Left Behind for now. If there's something else i want i will buy it later.

"in comparison to" hehe I haven't played neither, just wanted to find out which of those two is seen as the better deal.
Gradius V is by Treasure.
That doesn't really help my decision.

Wanted to buy Klonoa and Wild Arms with the remaining 5€ in my account but the store hasn't updated the price of the latter.

Question: If I don't currently have a PS4 but am picking one up today, can I go on PSN and buy games like Last of Us and Infamous at the discounted price and download them when I have Internet installed at my home later (which should be after the discount period ends)?

Hmm. This may be nothing, but.. For me (I'm in Sweden) the "inFamous Second Son Legendary Edition" shows up priced as 16.99 Swedish crowns (about 1.81 Euro). The phrasing in the description (as well as the previous prices) makes it seem as if that would be the whole Second Son base game + some bonus DLC. If that is correct, that seems awfully cheap and almost certainly a pricing error. So anyone who hasn't tried Second Son yet might want to try this out.

EDIT: The super cheap "Legendary Edition" is listed as the same file size as the base game (22.2 GB) on the Store. So that would support this being a pricing error and a really good price for SS.

Yes. Buy from the web store.

Yes you can. Any game you buy is stored in your account details.
Once you got your PS4 hooked and updated, just log into your account, go to Library and there are all the 10+ games you bought :p

Well, if you have to get one I'd recommend the collection, because Gradius 1, 2 and Gaiden are amazing shmups. YMMV on 3 and 4, but they're definitely not bad games.

Gradius V is brilliant though, and has local co-op, but it does benefit from being a little familiar with the older games - it plays on your expectations cleverly, especially in the early game.

If you can afford to, get both.

Is TLOU: Left Behind on sale for PS3, as well?

Yes, of course. They get saved to your library and you can download them whenever, wherever.

You can buy them right now on the webstore for the discounted price without owning any console and download them whenever you want, as many times as you want later. I hope I understood your question correctly!

Great sale. For anybody in AUS, Coles is having a catalogue sale on their $30 PSN cards (20% discount) so now's probably the best time to stack that backlog even higher.

I think I'll give Tembo the Elephant a shot at that price (7,49€ with Plus). Although I think that's a prime candidate for Plus later.
Also picking up Hatoful Boyfriend

It certainly is. €16,99 it is overher, so they accidentally used the euro price with SEK.

Nice choices. Loved Pandemonium.

If Gex is playable on the Vita a may just weep a little.

Edit: It is!!! Childhood here I come.

I don't see why you couldn't, I picked up Need For Speed Most Wanted for Vita and Garden Warfare for PS4 when EA was giving them away on PSN for free, and got to play them once I logged onto the account with a console that can play them.

PSN discounts for (reasonably) new games are always funny. You can get a physical copy of Arkham Knight for a lot less. :)

That Sniper Elite 3 UE price looks tempting. :)

Thanks for the description, wil get V, as SHMUPs have a hard time keeping me interested for more than a couple days.

Is there a way to see just PS1 games on the web store? The navigation is awful and I can't see a way to bring up a complete list of content.

Have been looking for this, too, since I remembered it was there at one point. But it seems like they removed it for whatever reason.

It's the full game. I'm downloading it right now.

Ah, that would explain it. But it's a shame if the misprice is only available in Sweden.

Probably only in Sweden. I checked the Danish and Norwegian store and they both show the standard discounted price.

Batman: Arkham Knight Season Pass
Was €39.99/AU$59.95/£32.99
Now €26.99/AU$40.95/£21.99
Games under €20/£16 (until 01/10/15)

I'm confused, is it £21.99 or £16 for the season pass?
