Not everyone has Kinect. Also, restarting and it reappeared for me, though it's the first time I ever noticed it disappearing off of my pins (which do require connection to the internet). In the My Apps & Games page, however, it was there and worked. Haven't tested it thoroughly, but simply putting in a movie disc prompted the app to appear in the home screen. Talking about the Blu Ray player app, BTW as I didn't notice any games or other app not appear on the pins or recently played spots on the home screen. Seems limited to the pins which, again, do require an active connection to Live which does have its 'limited' access moments more often recently.
