If you are dealt with a receding hairline, you gracefully roll with it.
Sure, Jason Statham is 44 now but he's in awesome shape and he's among the only cats in Hollywood who performs his own stunts. He already had a receding hairline in 1998 when he was 30 or 31 years old. No one's ever going to mistake him for being in his early 20's but he takes care of himself (understatement of the day). Lemonade out of lemons.

I wouldn't be surprised if older celebrities spend a small part of their fortune making sure they look good. That's why it's hard for me to believe any average person could look like that. You would need the genetics which is rare already then you need money to keep it up and discipline to not let yourself go.

Things are pretty easy if you take care of your self, and most people don't.
But if your livelihood depends to a great extent on appearance, and you have the time and money to retain a trainer and cook/nutritionist all you really have to do is just do the mechanical task of what is explicitly told to you. Hence why celebrities can go up and down in weight after roles.

True but it's not always about just taking care of yourself. I mean look at some athletes out there, they look terrible and they are basically the peak physical specimens we have. Probably eat better and train harder than anyone would dream.
