No how does good action + detective Batman a bad movie? Nolan movies werent good Batman movies, they were great movies but not very good at portraying Batman the comic character.
There's so many different takes and interpretations of the character that this is kind of a BS criticism though. The Dark Knight's Batman is no less valid than Keaton's Batman, than Scott Snyder's Batman, than Paul Dini's animated series Batman, than the 60s series Batman, than Frank Miller's Batman in TDKR. They're all as similar and different from each other as any other take on the character.
