Music that resembles classical music! (Bach, mozart, beethoven, and so on...)

Yozu Koshiro's work on Story of Thor and Story of Thor 2.

Story of Thor 2 is my favorite soundtrack from him. Sadly, you can't find youtube videos of its entirety, but there are a few.

Actraiser also has a good soundtrack, maybe not as classical as Story of Thor games, but still very good. And that's Yuzo Koshiro too.

Without a doubt the most diverse video-game music composer I know of.

This ActRaiser Sky Temple theme sounds like it's paying tribute to Bach's Art of the Fugue or Goldberg Variations.

I'd be interested in music based on composers who aren't Bach. It seems like 90% of faux-classical is faux-Bach.

there's a lot it's true, but there still some different style i put in the OP, listen to them if you have time! If you find something else i would be happy to hear it!

I'm surprised that nobody posted this one already:

Serious, i would pay a lot of money to see this song being performed by a real orchestra.

good call, completly forgot this one, was searching donkey kong 64 earlier but this was that one!

Figured I could mention Ni No Kuni since Joe Hisaishi composed the soundtrack.

Best track comes to mind is Field

I already posted it in an earlier message, but thanks

I'm surprised this thread features so few Dragon Quest songs, as this is Sugiyama's main thing.

well i did put Dragon quest in the OP; stating that it's one of the serie with the most music like that! For the rest, people can search for themselves since, they'll find a lot just by searching dragon quest on youtube

Day of the Tentacle has a lot of tracks with very classical influences.

Red Edison With some exact quotes from classical composers scattered on the song. (Mozart Piano Sonata in C, K. 545 the most obvious)

Ned & Jed Edison also has a very classical period vibe.

Intro theme with excerpts from the William Tell Overture.

Goodbye, Dead Cousin Ted is almost like Ave, Maria with the DOTT theme on it.

Also in most themes from the past they showcase some excerpts from British and American marches.
