Just yesterday there was a front page multi-thread complaining about the DS4 and now this. Heh.

the only thing that looks like it would be awkward is the distance between the R analog stick and the square/x buttons which are pretty constantly used. i'm not used to them being that far away and it would be a totally different mechanic with my thumb, tough to get used but i supposed i would eventually. i do like the positioning of the sticks overall, and this might be worth the awkward distance. that is, of course, assuming the button mapping doesn't change.

That looks great, an updated controller with the updated console makes sense, if it's modular and has paddles then that's real exciting.

I like the current version, I never had any major problems with it but if Sony makes a new and better version, I'll pre-order it.

Better battery life please. DS4 battery life is unacceptable. DS3 was so much better in that regard.

Looks like an elite controller. Got the paddles and customizable layout.

Maybe 20 bucks more than the standard, but that's it.

I was almost hype with being able to maybe have asymmetrical sticks but an article from 2014 doesn't give me much hope.
