They did good by getting the paid online and price out of the way first then hyping you up with the games.
I was disappointed at first but that game line up and no region lock makes it a buy for me.
The whole presentation and focus of this console just seems so oddly similar to the Wii U. You would think after that disaster they would have learned their lesson and pivoted, but it feels like the same combination of "Here's a few bones for Nintendo fans and Oh yeah Casuals please put down your iPhones and come back to us!" Right down to the token western third party support (replace Mass Effect with Skyrim) I just don't see anything so far that makes this more compelling to the general audience that rejected the hell out of the Wii U. Nintendo better have a lot more wildcards up their sleeves for the post launch period.
I knew most of you'd hate it, but I couldn't be happier.
Mario looks incredible. Zelda looks incredible. Splatoon 2 looks incredible. And that ARMS game looks incredible!
I'm no less hyped than I was before. Now, lemme' pre-order!
"$300, no pack in game, 3 hour battery, and no games? I'm out Nintendo, I'm out!"
*Incredible Zelda trailer*
"...dammit it all."
lol this thread. gaf gonna gaf, I guess.
There will be more events
We will get more info
christ, people need to chill
I need to see that Zelda trailer again, too hype.
Buy Zelda BoTW for WiiU, play it on CEMU on 4K
Just play Zelda in Wii U.
There is no reason to buy this console at launch. None.
Getting Zelda on the Wii U is now an easy decision.
Imagine if Zelda was on more powerful hardware.
I mean end of the day
You're goddamn right I'm gonna pay $300 to play Zelda
Console worth it for Zelda alone. My God...
$300 just to play one game I have to give this some thought.
