Anybody that's played this, tell me how it is, I'm praying it's good
It LOOKS like garbage, unfortunately. I was considering picking it up, but no way, not for $30.

Watching Slashers stream I think it's safe to say save your cash. There have been some hilarious moments (save a woman = guaranteed sex) but it looks pretty shoddy overall. I could see it being cheapo budget fun for under $5 though if you're into low budget/crappy games.
I'm sure slasher will come in and add his own thoughts Looked like he was having problems with the X/Y buttons on the PC version though.

Ride to Hell: Retribution is an offensive abomination of a game. Once the laughter from its ineptitude wears off, it becomes insulting that Deep Silver thought the game was polished enough to actually produce hard copies and charge thirty dollars for them. Well avoid the worst games ever aggrandizement, but know that Ride to Hell: Retribution may truly be one of the worst games of this generation. Literally nothing here works: the QTE-filled fighting, motorcycle mechanics, gunplay, voice acting and music and are all some of the worst to come out of a release from a major publisher. A failed project that should have been scrapped, Ride to Hell: Retribution represents and includes everything bad about video games.
To Deep Silver, I can say only this: how dare you? How dare you charge $29.99 for a game that would be theft at a third of that price? How dare you resurrect a game that should have stayed canceled in 2009? How dare you? Any goodwill you may have earned from customers in your years of existence will be absolutely ruined by the release of this squalid little mutant of a game.
No word exists for the level of disgust I have for everybody involved in its blasphemous making.
Absolutely and utterly captivating from start to finish, this game not only plays extremely well, seldom breaking the action for exposition, but it is also a stunning and innovative leap forward in graphics technology, it actually felt like I was speeding down the highway in Texas at 200m/h, and the blood seemed to real that I genuinely felt bad for maiming my AI enemies.
Story-wise, this game captures and manipulates some extremely shocking themes, and provides the player with several ethical and political quandaries and debates. The sex scenes in particular are rather tasteful and well-done, and the protagonist is a rich character whose astonishing voice actor only aids in the creation of one of gaming's most beloved characters.
In short, buy this game, it is one of the best out there, and one of the very few games that actually attempt to push the boundaries of what we have come to expect as gamers.
A masterpiece from start to finish
It looks like utter shit- and yet , I'm excited by it for some reason. Hell, I finished yet another playthrough of The Lost and Damned to get excited.
Road rage, QTEs, mildly offensive B grade script- I do love awful games !
About to live stream this in just a minute www.twitch.tv/slasherjpc
Here the first part to my Let's Play on this collosal turd. This right here is all the gameplay you need to see to know... YOU SHOULD NOT PLAY THIS GAME!
Oh god, it's not even the "so bad it's good" kind of crap. QTE bike combat, come on now
I'm almost ashamed for bumping this thread
You know, the icing on this shit cake is the PSN version crashing during the sex scene with the very first lady you save (in front of the hotel).
Because it sure looks like the same game. Same engine even.

So they tried to sell everyone on an open world biker game when it's really a Dead 2 Rights: Retribution reskin sans dog. Who do they think they're trying to fool?
