DarkMaus is fairly legit.
About as faithful of a recreation of the Dark Souls 1 combat someone can possibly make from a 2D top down perspective without creating a lot of environmental assets (it's all black shapes and yellow ground).

A thoughts:Hard mode, at least in the main game, is a joke at level 112.
Speed mode, outside of the annoyance that it's offline and you can't save, also a joke.
This cart escort quest from the waycastle to gran soren makes me want to commit sudoku.

They don't have any videos running at 60fps. The videos that are "60" are interloped by some anime Shika dude and the other news outlets that slapped 60 on their videos when they are not 60. There's isn't an official or unofficial video out there of the game running at 60fps.
Just search Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 60fps on youtube, there's plenty.
They are all interloped to 60 by that Shika dude or just straight up lying. They have a 60fps option but it's 30.

Otherland has been removed from steam. Intially they said it would be back quickly as they were only changing accounts, then they said it would take a little longer as the process was more complex and now they say "publishers" are involved and it won't be back "in some time".
If you are a collector, might be time to look for a backup plan just in case.

Welp, I was fooled by the Shika dude. I didn't watch the GameSpot but I had seen it on the related videos and I assumed a supposed journalism site would have a accurate description. Oh well :/
Dream not dead just yet though, they did say back then that they were targeting 60fps to the consoles. Even if in the end the consoles ended up in 30fps, it's fair to assume that the engine has the capability for 60fps.

I would hope so. I'm so used to the series being 30fps that I might just suck it up and use it as a reason to run the game at 1440 and whatnot instead of returning it.

So, it's been more than 3 days since the release day, RotTR is now sitting at 270k owners. And according to NPD, it sold for 201k units in November 2015. I guess that's something.
