I'm doubting that. I honestly think Ridley is one of the more likely newcomers right now, and everything post-Pyrosphere reveal has made me more confident.

lol yeah that's what I'm alluding to although what could be cool is that Other M Ridley will be the hazard and Super Metroid/Classic Ridley will be a character.

I think they could've made the more classic design work like in the Melee intro but I doubt it now since Other M Samus is playable. And Other M Ridley looks like it would be actually hard to shrink down.

I'd like to see him especially if he had a grappling-heavy moveset though.
