My first impressions after messing with the dev tools for several hours is that this is much, much more straightforward and usable than Unity ever was.

I can't download anything from Epic's website, wither UE4 or UT. Firefox just gives me a blank page, while IE gives me a 403 error.

So what gives? Too many downloads, or region lock?
