No media box to date save for the Google TV has come close to making a true attempt at integrating with your Television. As far as the DVR comment, let's be honest,the rise of On demand channels and services are quickly replacing the DVR and for those who watch a lot of sports the potential for extra info through overlays and snap move could be a game changer. Excuse the pun.
While not a core gaming function, do not downplay the attempt to integrate into the home theater rack.
