Well second party deals already made are obviously being respected and will launch on whatever platform the deal covers. This is not a present immediate thing, its a move that can affect future partnership deals, not the ones already in place.

Where's the hard evidence for this beside a vague job description change of one studio. Third party timed exclusivity is going to be doing a lot of heavy lifting for exclusive Sony titles. Sony first party single player games is ramping down rather than ramping up. There's no money in single player exclusivity unless you are Nintendo who are playing is a different galaxy like Sony and Microsoft. The days of old Sony pre-PS4 have long gone.
