RE2/3 on DC were awesome because your health was displayed on the VMU. No needing to go into the menu to check.

Fun fact about Gemini's Classic Rebirth patches for the PC versions of 1/2/3 is that Gemini is a big Dual Shock 4 fan and coded in a feature to display health status on the DS4 light bar.

Just an example. PS5 emulation is perfect because, while you don't get some of the other emulators improvements (the characteristic PSX dithering and wobble are left intact), you get none of the issues as well.

I have serious doubts Beetle/Duckstation in software mode are not the same. Upscaling in HW mode will probably introduce issues.

Can confirm. Even RE3 on GameCube on a CRT hooked to component cables is eye candy.

I got these cables pre COVID before retro gaming became what it is today and I am forever grateful. GameCube games with these cables is the dream.
