Mostly marketing fluff, but I do think Rockstar played a key role in PS5's design. It's well known that Cerny designed the consoles based on developer feedback, and who would have the biggest influence other than the studio that makes the number one best seller across all of Playstation's consoles.

Also removed the PS5 disc edition to have the digital one. My guess is that version is the one they will be pushing hard this fall (for obvious reasons)
Exactly...and PS6 comes out next year so PS5 will be the best place to play this for a while.

I tried hard to get a digital only ps5 for launch, as I knew I'd never use the disk drive
…they must have been sold out in seconds, as I was pretty on it. I've had 2ps5's and a ps5 pro now, and none of them have been close to a disk.

With the obvious exception of the PS5 Pro enhancements - so the advert is correct, it will indeed play best on PS5 in that case - the Pro version.
