Youtube stream is 4k on my PS4, but failing to load. TV loads it, but only gives 1080p.

Xbox can only do 1080p because I didn't upgrade to an S.

Im on mixer at xbox but im only seeing 1080p??

I only get 4k If I watch it on my 1440p screen. My 1080 screen stops at 1080.

Besides the 4k stream seems unstable and drops randomly beside me having like 8x the bandwith.
