Gears 4 had a closed beta?
Microsoft Studios / Xbox:
- The Division (gameplay demo. Release: November 2015)
No problem!Nice!
Thanks
Ubi and MS have both been pretty adamant that it is this year. It of course could suffer a last minute delay (and by this I mean they know it is delayed already but just haven't publically said it), but we will see soon enoughGreat list, but i just can't see The Division releasing this year. Not with Rainbow Six Siege and Assassins Creed already releasing this year.
And what was the last time we had any info update on the game?
No problem!
MS and Sony are usually Monday morning and Ubi/EA are afternoon. Curious to see the order of them all this year

Yeah, i think at E3 we will have a final (until the next delay wave) release date to the games that we saw previously.
I just think it would be more intelligent to release the game Q2 next year, like they did with Watch Dogs.
This year is already stacked with releases, but you never know what the publishers think is best.
followed byHmm. E3 is going to be fun.COD is most likely under MS marketing
He's clearly playing the insider card here, hope he gets the full treatment (vetting process) from bish.
The Division could easily be released late September or early to mid October.
Yeah, i know. But doing this Ubi would have:
Set-Out: The Division
Nov: Ass. Creed Victory
Dec: Rainbow Six
I know that last year they launched Unity, The Crew And Far Cry 4 in the last 3 months of the year, but i see The Division as a much bigger game than The Crew. And as i said i think that launching Watch Dogs outside of the holidays gave the game a big spotlight.
And knowing Ubisoft i think that if the game were launching in 5, 6 months we would had been buried by lots of marketing by now.

Only SCE Japan Studio has multiple teams I think.
Sure, among most studios there's probably always one smaller group prototyping next games when production of the studio's game ramps up, but that isn't really a 100% independent full size production team with artists, designers, programmers, writers, modelers etc.
R6 will probably be early Oct, or delayed into early spring TBH. It's not releasing December (because who does that?), and I don't see Ubi sending it to die against Halo/Battlefront/Blops3.
I'm sure they will delay Division into Q1 2016
Victory = November/October
R6 Siege = October
I could see if it was EA or 2k( any game besides GTA) but Ubi strikes me as the kind of company that would say f it and release the division and assassins creed a week apart in NovemberDont makes Sense for me to release 3 Big AAA Titles within 45 days or so, competition is also big
Yea I expect a windows 10 segmentPhil Spencer confirms there will be at least some PC news at E3.
I agree with Turkoop that The Divion is the game that will be delayed to 2016. Between it and Siege, the former didn't had an update for some time now.
And Siege had the closed beta (or was it an alpha) some months ago.
The only thing I know about this E3, is that I will finally be able to actually post on GAF during it. After years of lurking!
On topic, I will be extremely happy or sad depending on if Bethesda shows the next Fallout or Elder Scrolls.
If anything Rainbow Six should be delayed, it's quite a crowded FPS season.

So... Halo Wars?

There will probably be some cross-platform announcements.I for one am surprised I wonder if we get any game announcements.
My thought also. would be ace!Or a new Age of Empires....
Sure, genre fatigue is something that should be considered when setting the game release, but at least Siege is a different take on the formula compared to the other 3 heavy hitters (smaller player count, squad focused, tactical gameplay).
It's different, but it can and likely easily will drown in the hype that the other three shooters will generate. CoD is the biggest shooter around, HALO is the most important IP from MP, and Battlefront is a new Star Wars gaming releasing a month before a new movie. It's best to just get the fuck out of the way of all of those.
Yeah, that's a good point. And another reason why i don't see them releasing The Division this year. The game is from other genre, but you have 3 monster games releasing latter this year and you have a game that only the most hardcore fans remember.
I don't think Ubi can ramp up marketing for the game in the following months to match the hype that will be generated by COD, Halo, Battlefront. And they still need to run Assassins Creed marketing (i don't think MS will do that for them this year too)
There will probably be some cross-platform announcements.
Maybe State of Decay 2?

They did it last year though. Unity/Rouge, Far Cry 4, and The Crew.
yup
1. it was a mess, Crew & Unity launched bad
2. Competition of this year are incredible - Just Cause 3, MGSV, Mad Max, Star Wars, CoD & more !

This would get me to use my iMac for gaming since Diablo III.Sure, genre fatigue is something that should be considered when setting the game release, but at least Siege is a different take on the formula compared to the other 3 heavy hitters (smaller player count, squad focused, tactical gameplay).
And if the game releases in Oct it will be before the blockbuster month, and the game can enjoy a period without rough competition.
Or a new Age of Empires....
Why would that gamecompany's game be on MS's conference?Updated my predictions. =)

Which is why I don't understand why you think the Division will be the one delayed. It seems the most unique genre wise this fall. Nothing else releasing is close to it.
R6 on the other hand will get slaughtered in direct competition with the Fall shooters. It either needs to lead, or be far enough away that everyone's bored.
Division was in pre-Alpha testing over 2 months ago. It's most likely hit Alpha by now.
I am the most excited for this E3 than most, simply because of Bethesda.
Fallout 4
Elder Scrolls 6
Dishonored 2
Any of those will make me jump for joy and/or wet my pants. Elder Scrolls 6 would be a potential heart attack.
Is that the prequel to Cyberpunk 2077?With Witcher 3 releasing pre-E3, it would be nice to see at least a tease of Cyber Punk 2033 for CD Project.
