I don't really understand why Infiltration went Dekappa vs. Poongko though, given that Poongko's historically been utterly free to his Akuma.

Almost all jumpins must be done very low to combo afterwards, and you wont get a close C or close D combo unless it was also very deep. The timing is like a tight link.
