Your delicate sensibilities are offended?
No, I think his message is being misconstrued (I think?)
It's not that he's offended by the idea of an M-rated videogame showing genitalia, it's that it's treated as a "bonus feature" for those seeking upskirts IF this is intentionally crotchless panties and not whatever-the-hell could have happened in the code to make this appear.
If you're going to have sexual content in a game for sexual purposes, then that's the game you're making (and I say good on ya.) The nudity on the street in the nudist colony or the guy peeing, that's all in proper context, and we can argue about whether the ESRB's "brief nudity" was a proper summary or not, but games that say they have nudity -surprise- have nudity in them. But to intentionally model a vulva for a laugh so that when something goes screwy with your game and you can see up a woman's skirt, you get yourself a joke vag, that's extra slimey and unseemly. Even videogame corpses being teabagged and gibbed and ragdolled by grenades should have
some dignity.
I'm going to guess that this was not Ubisoft's intention, and that the texture is a mistake from either the nudist skin texture or actually a Rorschach of body textures bleeding through the underwear graphic (this is getting silly talking about digitally-created vagina errors, but it has actually happened before; I do not refer you to the epic va-Geist-na.) Because cool with nudity or not, if an artist there actually said, "See this NPC chick? Dude, I'm going to put a vagina on her, LOL," that artist would have been a real jagoff.
