Was there enough to get a good public guess for 3DS? Doesn't have to be exact, but within 5K would be nice. If we have to go with non-public 3DS sales, then the results couldn't show numerical values with them. Prefer public data (to be able to show the results), if possible, though.

I've been doing some general Internet monitoring, and so far, leaks haven't been showing up at some of the usual places NPD / GfK is concerned with (like the VG Chartz forums, for example).

I have to say, the program has worked marvelously this month with absolutely no drama. That's so much less stress on my end.

It also means that I can trust all of the people I've been sending messages to. So thank you for that.

If in the future NPD / GfK is being annoyingly fickle, I'll just automatically send PMs to you guys so you won't have to ask.

Did anyone make a graph of 2014 predictions? I'd love to see one. Love dem trends. If not i'll try and keep a log of GAF Average vs Results for this year, I'd at least find that interesting.

I think we all were a bit optimistic in our predictions which is probably due to the fact that X1 & PS4 had such good holiday sales....was expecting the momentum to cary over.

Lowest two months will be dropped for the annual rankings, yes. Just Top 10/12 are counted for the year, so if you miss one, it won't kill your annual ranking chances.
