There's tons on ps1 it's why I love it out of all the PlayStation line of consoles.

When devs made weird passion projects that they wanted to. Now if only planet d.o.b & Tokyo wakusei planetokio got fan translations so the rest of the world could enjoy more quirky games.

I've been playing some Omega Boost every now and then lately.

Not really that weird aesthetically but the control scheme and the way the game is played is a unique take on rail shooters as far as I've played.

Holy shit the day has finally come! I remember keeping up with some news on this translation years ago, and the original person/people on it had ceased work due to other things going on. So I just thought it'd be a lot later down the line before any translation for this came.

But now that it's finally coming and in roughly two weeks!? That is excellent news. I'll have to start playing it the weekend of, but at least I know it'll actually be there!

Excellent game. Played it a few years ago on an old PS1; impressed at how smooth the framerate and performance were. Silky-smooth. But I started getting my ass handed to me by Stage 4 and don't remember getting further than that (I had moved on to playing other games).

Will definitely pick it back up in the near future tho.
