Apparently mediabiz sometimes differentiates between publisher, developer and distributor. At least for games published by Microsoft:

Their explanation page for "Diverse Distributoren" (multiple distributors) says:

Some titles are not in exclusive distribution by a specific company, but available at multiple distributors or wholesale dealers. In these cases only this info page appears.

My assumption is that Microsoft has an additional layer in their distribution chain which causes the "Diverse" label.
