Alright OP, you want an adult reply and not just mud slinging, here it is. I think a lot of it comes down to technology or better yet current technological constraints. Performance capture and laser scanning of people have come much further than lighting technology in games. I can bet you 1000 bucks that with path traced lighting and shadows and better subsurface scattering she would luck much closer to how you'd like her to look.
I think Asian devs get around this issue because they almost never try to portray realistic characters and instead they go for highly stylized looks which circumvent the shortcomings of current tech. Of course some western studios are better than others, CP2077 had fantastic looking characters, although if you look at the same character in the rasterized version next to the path traced version you'll see exactly what I'm talking about.
Look how much of a difference lighting makes and how "flat" she looks in the rasterized pic. The same thing happened with Control, etc. This is also why Naughty Dog never goes for fully photorealistic characters and they're always subtly stylised.
In conclusion real life still has the best lighting and even if you laser scan a person it does not guarantee they'll look great in-game.
