Infamous Second Son: What Delsin was supposed to look like pre-beanie

Uff that looks pretty cool. Much better than that beanie and skinny jeans hipster guy we got in the final game. Such a bland character. I didn't care for anything he said in the game.

final design does look better, but it is sad that we are still so incapable of doing realistic hair.
We can make make photo real airplanes but no shoulder length hair.

So an actual native american and not just tanned Troy Baker with a beanie?

I prefer this one, it would've needed some tweaks but it's much more charismatic and distinct than the final version.

So they made him less cultural looking. I wonder why...

That's exactly the same reason why Cole was bald, mind you.

SP was going to give Cole some hair in inFamous 2 but the fanbases were whining too much.

I hate when developers change their vision to appease others. The final product always seems less genuine.

I think that face and hair with Delsin's current clothing design would have made a cool character design

Maybe Delsin still has black long hair under the beanie

I like it. Has a very tribal look to him and fucking beanie looks like a douche.

Not gonna lie, I would be very tempted to get a PS4 on the spot if they announced a DLC that swaps the character model to this.

That's all it takes for you to drop 400 dollars?

Guess I'm the only one that actually liked this design, I really liked delsin but he would have been better if they hired a real Native American IMO, without that he feels hollow.

considering Delsin is top 10 douchiest characters of all time (IMO), I would have preferred the original.

Eh, not a fan. But this is just one shot of a design. Hard to say exactly what it'd look like it motion if they had stuck with it. I gotta say I didn't like Delsin at first, but his character grew on me.

There's something real grindhouse/B movie about a Native American character that looks as blatant as those designs going into Seattle and just wrecking everything because his people were done wrong. Could've made the conduit powers all mystical and went crazy with enemies.

You dun messed up, Sucker Punch.

Only half joking

What do people even mean when they say Delsin or the beanie is 'douchie'?

Seems like one of the most vapid criticisms I've ever heard.

Do people still wear shirts around their waist? Maybe in Seattle.

I wear my jacket around my waist when it warms up outside but thats about it.

I don't really understand either, but people have their own opinions. It looks like my group of highschool friends and cousin's uniform sans the beanie.

I don't get it either.

He's also not wearing skinny jeans. He's just not wearing baggy jeans.

The only "douchey" thing about Delsin to me is how he acts. The character model just looks like a normal young person to me but I could do without his dorky "'tude."

But yeah.. beanies.. since when are they douchey? Incredibly common accessory in the Seattle area.. are they unpopular elsewhere?

The hair didn't mater. It was changing the entire facial structure.

I was thinking the other day that Delsin is one of the few native american game characters who doesn't look like a stereotype. Guess that almost wasn't the case.

would've liked to see witcher3-like tech with that hair amidst all the jumping and flying
but the final design is way better
