If you happen to have the video source you can (relatively) easily create them with ffmpeg just by adding the appropriate parameters. You could even create them with sound, except 4chan does not accept them.

This is sourced from a 120fps(http://www.blurbusters.com/hfr-120fps-video-game-recording/) video and somehow its as smooth at the original source but at 60fps

Yeah I was looking at it and thinking it looked way smoother than 60FPS, but I figured it couldn't be or it was slightly sped up.

Even on my 60Hz monitor it looks fantastic and the source on my 120Hz is fabulous.

First time I've seen something that partly conveys the feel of 120Hz.
