It's definitely not a set order of things you should look at, because he just got the second giggle and phone ringing while standing at the puzzle picture. Last time it was somewhere else.

I think there are multiple ways to trigger stuff, just walking, zooming in, standing still or pausing. It's a combination of doing those things in the right order at the right time.

Since it is randomized the easiest way to solve is when the solutions are simple like just walking from place to place or standing at a spot.

That's how it worked for me. Once you're possessed, the ghost seems to disappear until you loop.

Zoom at the clock till the bell starts ringing, then go back the way you entered the room, most likely you'll see a ghost. At least that always works for me.

Yeah, pretty excellent. When it was announced at the press conference it seemed like yet another not all that interesting indie horror game, but then it turned out to be one of the coolest game announcements ever. And one of the scariest things I've ever played, on top of that. So immersive and creepy. If this is a sign of things to come (except for the ridiculously opaque final puzzle solution) the full game could turn out to be something really special.

You don't, it's probably the "Puzzle Piece" objective. Use X to gouge out the eye on the photo by the radio.

I just beat it.

All I did in the final area was go back and forth between the phone and the radio.

While walking between both of them, I would focus on the phone, then when walking towards the radio, I would peak into the bathroom and focus on the baby, then I would continue to the radio and focus on the big painting above the radio, then to the radio itself.

Then I would focus on the writing by the radio that says HELL. My subtitles were on if that mattered. If the bells/ghost noises started I would look at either the radio or phone, whichever was closest. Stay stationary until the noises go away.

Yes, once the music goes away you continue walking back and forth between the phone and radio, checking the things I mentioned. You don't just stop when you hear the music. You'll hear the sounds a few times before you get all of the giggles.

They're not? I've seen it work a few times but its even weirder if its not 100% consistent

I am pretty sure it's not a method but something about that loop had simple triggers of going to the phone, then the radio.

What are all the places we have heard a giggle. I have heard one at the radio, phone, window, entering the bathroom, in the basement, at the end of the entranceway , near the clock. Some for sure heard it at the river painting.

Anyone hear one in one of the random pictures on the wall? The teddy? Staring at the glory hole? Looking at the front door?

If we get all the locations then we need to figure which actions start triggers which I have mentioned before I believe there are four of them. After that it's just figuring out what order or when to find the giggles.

You want to do your actions when the creepy music isn't playing. Then be still when it is happening. Also, you want to be still after the second baby laugh for the phone to ring. Seems like the text hints are actual hints, at least the ones talking about not moving and waiting for it to pass.

He's completed 13 runs. He just did 7 in a row in fairly short order. So that's something.

I've been trying to see if brushing the touchpad has anything to do with it because of that clue, but no success yet. I've seen some streamers get a giggle when they pause, and I wonder if they're using the touchpad to pause the game when they do.

Just got to the last puzzle round and both times when the bell rang I zoomed in on the phone and got the first giggle. I noticed the radio static eventually loops around so I zoomed in on other items when it started back up and nothing happened. Then the ghost dashed past me then killed me without possessing me.
