I'm sure you've answered this at some point, but what are your feelings on Link now that you've had some more hands-on time?
He's still great, still my main. Villager messes me up, though, constantly stealing my projectiles. I like him better than toon link, now that toon link is seemingly nerfed.
Definitely the strongest/best link has ever been in any smash, I think. Even if he ends up lower tier, he's still much better than ever before.

Ubisoft didn't allow Namco to let players use Ezio's fighting style for character creation in Soul Calibur 5 since they didn't want people making silly characters use Ezio's moveset. Also in Mortal Kombat 9, Kratos wasn't allowed to look scared or worried for his life in the fatalities so he instead just has odd animations where he roars and shouts battle cries before being killed. When it comes to cameo appearances the owner can be real picky.

His air game got a bit worse, can't do back air multiple times in air anymore, no longer has the pogo bounce (which is ok, i guess). Just feels like a few of his strengths are no longer there. He's not bad, just not as good as he was in brawl, i don't think? Need to mess around with him more.
Yeah, she seems to be all about teleporting. Does decent damage and knockback, so it's just playing teleporting mindgames with your opponent.
I got one, it's weird, it's a fire arrow that basically drops to the ground 10 feet in front of link, and creates a fire trap. If it hits the enemy, it does basically no damage.

That was my impression from the demo, but glad to hear it carries over to the main game. And glad your main is stronger than ever before! Honestly, his dash attack alone makes him way more exciting for me.

Bowser Jr. + all seven Koopalings + the Clown Car are seriously like a dream-come-true newcomer for me. The fan service, the iconic imagery, the creativity... A character compelling to watch and play.
Super-pumped about their inclusion.
My only criticism is that they look rather lifeless in their idle position, even as Bowser Jr. Don't know why they couldn't animate them slightly better in that regard.

I actually feel pretty similarly. I wish we could have gotten the Lucas that his 3DS trophy talk about instead of the nerd one.

It's going to vary among TOs, I'm thinking. It's a good idea to experiment with multiple kinds of rule sets early on. If 3 stocks doesn't work out, then it doesn't work out. (I'm favoring 2 stocks fwiw, though).
3 stocks is better. Honestly, people can kill fine, it's just the people playing in that awful tournament yesterday were not very good.
