Hey Pjs, just letting you know you can change the time of day to whatever you want on DC as well as removing the HUD easily, so that you can more accurately compare them. It's unfortunate that XB1 doesn't have screenshot functionality yet so we can't get an accurate image quality in FH2, but changing DC time of day and removing HUD will at least get you closer.

You say that, but I'm mighty impressed with these shots, they look unbelievably good. I have to wait on the 23rd to get driveclub and witness it in motion, but the lighting and car detail are unmatched in any game I've seen.


Btw Sherlock Holmes look nuts, are they using the same engine as Sniper Elite, unbelievable IQ.

For me Forza wipes the floor with Driveclub in motion,as the game stands right now with no weather effects and jaggies it's just not close.

The still shots look nice enough in Driveclub but for me it's a dull boring game that's not even complete yet.

Go to do a single event, like Time Trial, select the track, and then go to Event Settings. It will let you change the time of day. While you're racing, you can go to settings and take HUD opacity down to 0%.

Wow, UE3 still lives. I'd have thought that most devs would have shifted to UE4 or Cryengine3 by now. This is impressive that UE3 can give such good IQ, since that was a big problem with that engine in it's heyday.

The photo mode adds more samples for the motion blur so it appears smoother than gameplay. Even "with no added effects" the photo mode is still increasing texture filtering, anti aliasing and motion blur samples.

I think that is from the race intro or outro so it is not mid-race if that is the question, but DC has no replay or photomode
