Oft hope is born when all is forlorn.
Just finished the Finale, it was awesome. Though I don't know how I could have finished that race without the replay feature lol I have used that feature in almost all off road races. They are bitch and you never know when you spin your car and go from 1 to last.

Anyways I loving this game, there is still lot to do and online is awesome. But god damn, every time I go to menu the radio stops playing JUST WHYYYY. shit like this annoys the fuck out of me. Some times there is this awesome song playing and I am all in my zone and I need to use the GPS and boom, the shit stops playing. Fucking hate it. Hate it hate it hate it. Such a simple and small feature is giving me hard time.

Horizon 2 and pausing/unpausing movies are the only things I've gotten used to using Kinect for. Its pretty neat.

But is there a way to plot a course to the nearest garage? I can say 'current hub' or 'garage' for the festival garage, and I can even say 'nearest garage' which also always sends me to the festival garage, but seeing as how any hub will do for selecting a car and modifying it, is there a command to go to the nearest hub or garage that I'm missing?

I did final in an MX-5 (aka Miata in the US). So it was much longer and slower than many of the ways I've seen others doing it. I won, but it was close, and I didn't have to use rewind purely because I wasn't going that quick. It was an entertaining way of doing the race - I'll probably pick something faster for the second one.

I will probably do the opposite as I did the 1st in my Lamborghini, which was fantastic fun.

I find that if I say Anna and wait for the menu to pop it it doesn't work a lot of the time unless I shout, however if I give a full command like "Anna continue road trip" then it works the majority of the time.

That said, do you live in Toronto? There are lot of good unlimited internet plans available if you look.

No, I don't.

I could get unlimited for $10 more per month, but my bills are already quite high. I usually don't even use more than half of my bandwidth per month.

I laughed when I left them for dust at the start and won by 6 seconds.

That's cool, I just remember you posting in the Halo patch thread as well so I thought I would mention it. I couldn't handle having to worry about caps, I went all digital for almost everything a while ago.

I much prefer physical, because I don't have to worry about waiting for things to download and feel like I own the thing more than I do with digital. Plus, if I don't like the game I can sell it.

To each their own, though. I will say that being able to switch between games without touching discs is a plus, but that goes without saying.

Anyone know this livery, it's for an American Muscle, it's mostly white with blue and orange decaling towards the back. Holy crap I need it can anyone help me find it. It's so def.

Have to say to the people annoyed all the online races seem to be S series, mine are all mostly A, B and C

After most people claiming that the Lancia Delta S4 Through Forest Night Bucket List was impossible, I finally gave it a shot.

Took me one try with a couple of rewinds, nothing special. Unless there's a bonus or something for not using rewind, it was pretty easy.

I played a couple of hours of FH2 on my work xbox the other night, finished 2 championships, bought, painted and tuned a bunch of new cars and then won a couple of online road trips and went up about 10 levels.

When i got to my home xbox I loaded up the game and went and did some crap while i synced my save (so i didnt watch the sync process) but when I came back to it it hadn't updated any of the progress i made playing on my work xbox. was just sitting at the car meet with the same car (Ferrari F50) I had used when I last played on that particular xbox.

So i deleted the local save hoping it would resync but not the game just sits on the loading screen and never actually loads :(

Going to fire it up again tonight, I hope it fixes itself and properly syncs my save, its quite a bit of progress to lose.

This game is just so impressive.

I started playing the game when it unlocked the night of release, but due to work have not played that much. I have not touched it in the last week and played for about an hour today and I am still blown away by how visually impressive the game is. The visuals when it transitions from darker/raining and then the sun comes out and everything is glistening is just amazing.

Phil or anyone from Playground Games or Turn 10, you need to convince someone to let Playground Games make a circuit based type of racing game. If they pulled of what they did with and open world racer, I would love to see what they could do with a closed circuit based racing game. Hey, Phil, give them PGR and about 50 more staff and make it happen! Please!

Still bitter about Driveclub, I needed my Forza Horizon fix. Bought an XBOX ONE and FH2 yesterday :p. I seriously doubt I'll even boot up #DC again.

Any GAFfers up for working on the "Complete 12 online trips with friends" achievement tomorrow? GAF club is full, and none of my friends own this game either.

30fps Circuit Racer. Wow. Yeah. Such an exciting idea. [/s]

I think Turn 10 has that covered (except in 60fps) with Forza 6.

Online road trip the same as doing a road trip in game, you just do 4 races then go to a different location, do 4 races, etc.

Online free roam you can just drive around doing whatever you want. I believe you can still get the bonus boards (might be wrong) and you can do the co-op bucket lists. Also, anyone can start a game at any of the locations and you just do that race.

you add me on your f/l , and we'll hook up online in a trip and I will get you in the club.

or, if usa timezones work better for you, you do the same thing with zorbs.

i should be online in a couple of hours.



btw, guys I will be preparing some tuned vehicles for the club later today.
example, my s1 audi rs4, which seem to be a great all around competition car online, and my s2 veyron. hell, even my a class rs5. it sure seems to run good when playing online.
to get this upgrades & tunes, when on the specific car go to upgrades and seach either for "gaf" in the description or my name in the creator field
