So what big reviews are we still waiting for?
Game installing is slower on X1, but downloading games (digital) is the same or faster (depending on connection).
At least, from my own personal experience and from others on NeoGaf as well. Think Phil S. mentions that on the last Podcast Unlocked interview as well.

We can at least be certain there won't be anymore over scoring games anymore eh? Getting into the 90s range this gen will prove difficult it seems

I wish there was a rotten tomatoes equivalent of metacritic for video games. That system is much more accurate than what metacritic does. Averaging all the scores together doesn't make any sense and results in a number that doesn't really represent anything. Each score means different things. To one reviewer a 7/10 could be a good score, to another a 7/10 means mediocre. Even though they're the same. And don't get me started on how inaccurate it is to convert a 4/5 into an 80/100, when the 80/100 suggests a very different thing than a 4/5 psychologically despite being the same mathematically. To many people the 4/5 could be the same thing as a 9/10.
Really, turning these reviews into 'yes' and 'no' votes and making the end number more of an 'approval rating' is the only accurate way to gauge a professional opinion on a game in my opinion.

Seems absolutely rock solid 30 from what my eyes can tell. We will have to wait for a proper DF analysis to know for sure, but in 11 hours I haven't noticed any drops of chugs.
EDIT: Glad everyone likes the little webm. It takes several hours before you can get to that fluidity of movement but man once you get there (about 4 hours) it is an absolute delight.

Have you changed your DNS settings? I've heard this improves things. I changed mine to recommended DNS servers and speeds seemed to improve (especially on the UI). Although I think if you have slower download speeds, it won't matter too much (but it sounds like you get good speeds with PS4).
PS4 does install games faster, I have heard. Although I have heard that is also partly down to how each system displays the download status: the PS4 displays the % remaining based on when you can play, while XB1 displays total time left but does notify you when the game is ready to play (please correct me if I'm wrong on this, anyone).
just the campaign? I think someone said close to 20 hours. much much longer for all the side quests. plus multi of course

It's good to see developers understand the beauty of movement. I hope we see more of this especially in the shooter genre.

Agreed. By my count there are only 2 PS4 (TLOU:Remastered and Diablo 3) and 1 XB1 (Rayman Legends) game in that metacritic range currently.
[Rayman and D3 being multiplat basically means 3 for PS4 and 2 for XB1]
But still. 90s are going to be a very high standard to live up to this gen.

If someone knows appropriate dark magic to get the 27 second long webm into a reasonably sized gif I'm all ears. Webm's are just so much easier for me.

What makes it for me is that its all playable and interactive because of the grindy jumping action.
Definite Crackdown vibes as it was the same way with its climbing and hulk-like roof hopping.
Maybe, I'd guess LBP3 and MCC have the best chance this season, but I wouldn't bet anything on a game getting 90+ atm.

Very happy for Insomniac and am looking forward to playing this game, the crackdown, and JSR vibes though good god.
