The reason i added that bit at the end was to express my dissatisfaction with the fact that what seems to be such a basic feature took this long to implement. Sure there maybe to circumstances preventing them from adding it till now but at the same time i felt it has taken Sony way too long to add basic functionality to a OS that was suitable for launch but with now almost a year later...

There's also a new feature where you can purchase PSN games into your library, but not download them.

So you can claim your PS+ games into your library without actually downloading them, and you can always download them for free some other time since they're in your library.

A least with a phone, i don't consider something bricked unless you cant just download an older update and restore. Did those people have to send their systems in or could they just reload an older update from usb?

true. but as far as android app designs, this is far from the best. I'm sure it looks better on a tablets tho. so of the buttons just seem small.

Yeah I agree. It's hard to nail down something that works on both OSes while maintaining consistency with the PS4 menus.

Probably a compromise of all three.

Lol, Dont feel bad. Im laying bed at 1:30am with my Windows tablet watching this thread while my wife is asleep next to me. If i didn't have important deadlines on Tuesdays, I would consider staying home. I have 8 vacation days I have to use up before I lose them.

Yeah, kinda scattered looking, but definitely more useful than the old version.
Having the friends list on the home page is huge. (one of the main functions) And it runs better on my aging Galaxy Nexus.
