I haven't read the new suicide squad yet but on some degree I dislike the idea of Deathstroke being in suicide squad because he seems above that. He of all people that have been on the squad seems like the one that would have the easiest time escaping Waller.
Also hope they aren't afraid to cull a few members on the team.
I always saw it as Deathstroke:
a) Scouting his opposition.
b) Killing his opposition.
c) Using the US Government to fulfill contracts without doing anything 'illegal.'

I'm not too fond of Deathstroke being in the Squad either. Deadshot is the Suicide Squad, and Deathstroke would kinda interfere with that, especially with them being somewhat similar to each other.
On the other hand, where else could they fit Deathstroke in this universe if Batman isn't getting a solo movie anytime soon? Hopefully they get Nightwing going.

If only Collider is reporting this, shouldn't it be taken with a grain of salt? I recall Weintraub was dead certain that Phoenix was playing Dr. Strange just a month or so back.
This is frankly a way more workable design for live action than the OG Bruce Timm costume. The original does not translate.Her outfit in Assault on Arkham was like the Animated Series one except they removed large areas of fabric. I love how low her pants are in this. Haha.

Not who I would have pictured as Harley. I imagined someone more round of face. She was good in Wolf. It'll be interesting seeing someone portray her in live action.
On the whole, it's very smart of them having Batman in one film and The Joker in another. Both are big names that draw a crowd but usually they have to share a screen. Both are a box office guarantee that until now they have had have them together. Clever to unhook them from each other to play with other characters. And all the more interesting when they eventually meet "again" on screen...
Never thought we'd see the day when they'd exist in the same canon but appear in different films.

I'd be okay with this. Go with the Arkham head (pigtails + domino mask) and a suit like this one (evocative of a clown outfit/her original suit while not 100% adhering to it) and you've got a good balance.
They're definitely going to go with the new slutty Harley, though, and cement her in history as the standard look. So sad. :'(

Yeah I can't imagine Deathstroke and Deadshot playing nice with each other. They had a shootout with each other in Villains United I think it was.
