I was posting that because I think the game looks incredible (with regards to art direction and graphics) especially if that was done on a PS3. I really should have put some words in my post to emphasize that.

My only issue was Keith Stuart after listening to the podcast, he's responded, and I've got nothing more to say on whether it will or won't be there. I've got no clue.

I had never even followed the last guardian, but after this thread I went on to watch in full the last announcement videos and I was shocked at how it looked. Still not sure what you do in the "game" but I'm defintely intrigued.

I'd rather something different than "Generic First person shooter 10" and more Assasins creed.

I'm looking forward to E3 to find out more.

But what evidence is there besides the original Guardian article or do you mean by the fact there has been no denials from Sony?

The MCV article would suggest they have the same source and don't trust him/her.

I want to believe, but......

I think last year Shu (about a week before the event) outright said TLG would not be shown at E3 that year.

So my hype increases exponentially with every hour that passes without someone at Sony denying the game being shown this year.

Even if it doesn't show up this year, the recent developments have convinced me that the project really isn't dead. I'm still fairly confident that it will appear.

I would say, this rumor is kind of big? I've seen it in other places besides GAF. And it's more than any rumor that existed last year.

Although now that you are making me think about it, didn't they only respond, because IGN ran that article claiming it was cancelled? Or was that a separate event? I know they def told people ahead of time that it wouldn't be at last years E3. I don't recall what prompted that response.

Perhaps. For me, though, if it doesn't show at this E3, I just won't care anymore. There is only so long something can be dangled in front of us (rumor or otherwise) before I just don't give a shit anymore. Regardless of how hyped I've been in the past (and am now).

On a serious note, pretty much everyone is valid in it NOT showing up at E3. So many delays at this point, it's really the only safe/logical reaction you can have. And while, some personally think this Guardian thing is more substantial then other, it's not like there is a lot more tot go off of then that + thinking the dev time matches up.

Even Kagari outright said she heard the same, but cautioned the fluid nature of these presentation preparations and how it's been pushed back in the past, so it's not a guarantee.

Honestly, Sony conference is all but wrapped up as my favorite based on confirmed games. It would be nice if Horizon/Sony Bend/TLG/GT7/GoW/Gravity Rush shows up, but honestly, I'd kinda be happy with Sony being selective again and just teasing 1 or 2 of em. TLG will allow tears to flow, but I can't see how Sony's conference can possibly disappoint unless too much time is spent on Morpheus or talking about numbers. SF5 is absolutely one of the most important games for 2016 for me, it'll be highlighted at the conference. UC4--nuff said, highlighted at the conference. Updates to games I instantly fell in love with (Rime, NMS, Tearway, Abzu, The Tomorrow Children) may be highlighted at the conference. Blood Borne DLC, a new Dark Souls? Ratchet looks amazing! Gets to play all my favorite Uncharted games on PS4 @60fps! And then all of this is a prelude to VR gaming! I dunno, Sony would have to kinda be idiots to not have the showcase conference this year.

I think MS will be good too, and they are masters at making Halo ooze style. But Halo/Gears always seem like the only thing I ever want from Xbox, no conference has changed that in the past like 3 years.

Nintendo is Nintendo. 3DS is king dingaling, but I'm ok with my WiiU staying in amazon wishlist.

In case TLG is not reintroduced, at least Sony needs to step up and tell the fucking true once and for all, give a full interview and stop being evasive, each time some one asks them about TLG, they avoid talking about it at all costs, at least Konami didnt wait to inform P.T cancelation in 2025.

No offense, but I don't get why people keep hypothesizing about the possibility of them coming out during the presser to say the game ain't happening. The notion is ludicrous. Why would they dedicate time during the show (much less open with that news) to completely dump a bucket of water over the entire presser with that?

That's the thing, if they know they are not showing the game, the best thing they can do is kill all the hype asap.
