There a Russian movie coming out that takes place in a dystopian future where the "cool" thing to do is watch a televised version of mafia with 9 town and 2 scum, losers die.
Watch the trailer on the last page and enjoy the cheese.
It's like the Hunger Games and Inception had a weird baby.

I wonder if the movie will have any additional town support roles or if it'l just be a standard slasher-esque thriller where the mafia bumps off the townies one by one and all they can do is vote.

As I said on the thread, I am not a big SW fans and the trailer got me hyped as fuck.

Yeah, i think this was the harshest self-imposed media blackout i put myself through lol.
And now the Disney Marketing Train is going to go into over drive! In order to keep spoiler-free you may end up having to avoid Facebook/Instagram/Off-Topic GAF like the plague, especially once it gets closer to release.
Although I might join you in the blackout. I want to go into this movie knowing as little as possible too... though 2 teasers and 1 full trailer later I still barely know what the plot is but it might be time to step away just to be safe.

I'm gone tonight through Sunday night, so I wouldn't be available when the game starts. I also can't access a lot of that site from work. I'm not a fan of us further dividing the community with a secondary site.
I can see the use for target games, mafia chats, ONUW, etc., but it seems like a bad precedent to have a real game there.

That is a fair point. We could just as easily host MGS here, assuming Ouro doesn't hold off on it. Currently we have 12 players signed up.
