Initial Question: Hi, on friday I have contacted amazon's customer support because the promotional code (beta code) for my pre-order on the division (order #***-*******-*******) ended up not working. (the code in question: E27R P5HP F299)
They told me that the issue was escalated to the Manufacturer department and that I'll be getting a updated code in the next 24-48 jours. Today is Tuesday and I stil have not received it. I would very much apprreciate gettingt a beta code before it starts this week. thank you.
