I think the pre-load is just Xbox One for now. It should be up for preload today/tomorrow for PC users.

My guess would it'll be unlocked a bit later in Central Europe.

Yeah, I´ve tried checking this page, but for me it just shows "You don't have access to any game alphas or betas for the moment.".

Guess I´ll have to wait a bit.

It doesn't actually show a code. It just says "CHECK YOUR UPLAY PC GAMES LIST"

Thanks man, worked perfectly, apparently I needed to agree to Ubisoft's new terms on my account as well.
