July 8th is also a Friday and considering that most video games in Japan come out on Wednesday-Thursday it seems along with a simultaneous PC version does that mean a simultaneous Japan-U.S. release is coming?

It's entirely possible, but there aren't too many companies that really go for Friday release dates in the US. Nintendo is the big one, but it drops off right after that to sole releases. Doom is out on a Friday, but it kinda has to be since it's a Friday the 13th.

Haha. P5 is the main reason I bought a PS4.

Really torn on which platform I would go with if this ends up being true. My PC is more powerful than the PS4, but nothing I've seen of P5 makes me think it's really going to be that much better of an experience because of the increased horsepower.

Personally, it's not about the power for me, but rather the fact that I'll still be able to play Persona 5 when the PS5 comes out without having to dig out old hardware. So, if this PC version is true, I'm in.
