I just double-checked mine. I don't see any evidence of the game being under my account when I logon via the web browser from my PC. However, if I launch the Windows Store app on Windows 10 it shows that I own the standard edition of the game.

If anyone is having that issue, have they update to Windows 10 Anniversary? It's required for Xbox Play Anywhere. My PC auto updated to it a few days ago.

Go by the order status amount on Target's website. That "$59.99" is just part of the text, and assume doesn't relate to your order.

Example.. I used my RedCard for the added discount, and that didn't even change the "$59.99" text.
